Another of our top suppliers is Silver & Green based in Penrith, everything is prepared with love in the Lake District, using simple clean ingredients with no added nasties. Silver & Green came to life in 2007 when they decided the time had come to turn a passion for food and the Mediterranean into a family business. This week we have their antipasti olive mix which includes pitted Halkidiki and Kalamat olive, roasted red peppers, baby gherkins & sweet garlic in a Provencal herb marinade. £4.50 per pot.

It took a lot of tasting to find our perfect humous. Our suppliers based in Lancashire are a family run business since 1900. They are suppliers of fine food and cheeses and their humous is a simple blend of chickpeas, garlic, lemon juice and olive oil. Such a popular summer staple. £3.00 per pot
