We only stock the best quality Sashimi grade Tuna.  Often described as the beef from the sea, tuna has a silky, smooth texture when it’s raw, and a flaky, light texture when it’s cooked. Tuna can be cooked in many different ways but tuna gets dry and grainy when overcooked so, if searing or grilling, it is best to keep slightly rare in the center.
